Getting Started Computer Training | Age Action

More than 27,000 Irish people have benefited from Age Action’s Getting Started Computer Training programme, which provides training in computers, smartphones and the Internet for people over the age of 55 all over Ireland.

Age Action runs classes in Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Wicklow, Louth, Kilkenny, Monaghan, Galway, Mayo, Roscommon, Leitrim, Sligo, Cork and Waterford. Our partners will run classes in Dublin, Clare, Kerry and North Cork.

The Care and Repair Programme was established by Age Action to carry out minor repairs for older and vulnerable people free of charge, to give them access to reliable tradesmen for larger jobs and to provide a befriending service.

The Age Action information service is open from 9:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our Information service responds to queries from individuals and organisations about: Entitlements, Accommodation Issues, Safety and Security, Health concerns, Employment issues, Leisure, and Carers.
