All of our meals have been designed to meet the particular nutritional needs of older people, and each one of our meals can be modified for medically related dietary requirements.
Our meals are cooked fresh at our professional kitchen in Galway and are delivered to you at home, either by courier or by one of our Garda Vetted Meals4Health delivery drivers.
