We’re not joking when we say that fun is deadly serious. Happiness helps fight depression and ill health. Unfortunately, as we get older, many people can begin to feel lonely and isolated.

With over 500 groups nationwide, Active Retirement Ireland is a registered charity that works hard to bring older people together to share their rich experiences, to feel connected and be active.
