Home Care Plus is a provider of care and support for people wishing to stay independent in their own home. We are based in south county Dublin and we service the Dublin city and it’s suburbs.

The services we provide include:

Personal care
Convalescence care
Meal preparation
Transport duties
Light housework
We provide these services to the following groups of people:

• Elderly persons
• Persons with dementia
• Persons recently discharged from hospital
• Persons with physical disabilities
• Post natal mothers

The care and support we offer is completely flexible and can be organised from as little as one hour per week right up to 24 hour live in care. The important thing is that you receive care when and where you need it.

Our carers are fully vetted and their references checked. They also undergo extensive in house training covering areas such as manual handling, basic first aid, food hygiene and issues relating to client privacy and dignity.
