    Hey folks,

    As mentioned in the survey results, we will be adding a Creativity area to the website. Our aim is to build an online library of poems / short stories / memoirs of older people in Ireland.

    We are looking for content to get the area started.

    - Poems

    - Short stories

    - Memoirs (obviously that people feel comfortable with sharing with an online audience)

    We will include pieces in our monthly Newsletter and possibly publish a quarterly poetry / short stories booklet in the future. We will also provide a page on the website where you can upload your content.

    How can you help?

    - Have you (or a loved one) written poetry, short stories or memoirs you would like to share with our readers?

    - Are you over 55?

    Simply email your submissions to conor@seniorcare.ie and I will start collating them for inclusion.

    We look forward to receiving your work and building a rich archive showcasing the creativity of older people in Ireland.

    Congratulation on a brilliant idea on adding the short stories and poems etc I work as a Activity  coordinator in a nursing home and will certainly ask them for some work to send to you. Also will enjoy using you archive too...
